Refund policy

At IAWE CO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for an accepted return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused;
  • be in its original condition;
  • include the original packaging, when applicable;
  • include proof of purchase or the order number.

Returns sent without a prior return request by email will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

We recommend checking your order as soon as you receive it.

If the product arrives:

  • damaged;
  • defective; or
  • incorrect,

so that we can review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you may request a return for the item received in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • used items;
  • products that are not in their original condition;
  • personalized products;
  • products without original packaging when such packaging is necessary for protection or identification.

Return shipping costs

Except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within an estimated 3 to 10 days.
